Fast-curing, hand-mixable, two-component epoxy filler that is moldable like plasticine. Once fully cured, it is waterproof and easy to work with by hand and machine - it is easy to sand, drill and machine. It is resistant to fuel, solvents and many chemicals. The cured product can be painted with all types of paint. It is suitable for sealing and repairing cracks, holes, repairing damaged edges and filling porous surfaces. Excellent for sealing water basins (it also cures underwater) as a model-making filler that adheres well to wood, metal, glass, ceramics, masonry and many plastics. You can use it to create small parts and model details - by pressing into a suitable shape or by roughly shaping and then processing the cured material.

• Working time (plastic/moldable): 2–2.5 minutes
• Working time (for gelling): approx. 5 minutes (at 23 °C)
• Processing temperature: >15 °C
• Bonded parts can be loaded: after 15–25 minutes
• Full strength: 35–45 minutes
• Full curing: 24 hours
• Hardness of the cured filler: 70–80 Shore-D
• Temperature resistance of the cured filler: up to +120 °C, briefly up to +150 °C

Removing excess undried material: Cloth or paper tissue moistened with spirit.

Suitable for cementing: of soft and hard wood, chipboard, plywood, metal, compact polystyrene, uncured PVC, PSH and ABS, ceramics, porcelain, glass and carbon laminates.

Not suitable for cementing: of soft and flexible plastics (including EPP and EPO), polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon.

Storage: cool (10 °C to 25 °C), dry and dark. Do not expose the filler to temperatures below 10 °C. When separating the required amount of material, make sure that the putty components are not mixed - even a small amount of hardener can decompose a large amount of resin.

Life: If the conditions for proper storage are observed, we guarantee the shelf life in the unopened original packaging for a period of 1 year while maintaining the above product characteristics.
