The OS Speed ​​B2105 is the logical next step in the evolution of the successful B2104 and is aimed at discerning 1:8 scale off-road racers who want to combine maximum performance with excellent drivability. Extensive revisions to the crankshaft, pistons, and cylinder liners have significantly improved not only the power characteristics but also the overall performance .

Compared to the B2104, the B2105 offers more torque in the mid and upper rev ranges , while the torque at lower revs is more consistent and easier to control. This makes the engine noticeably easier to ride , especially on technically demanding tracks with varying grip conditions.

Another advantage is the weight reduction on the outer cooling head , which improves the vehicle balance and contributes to even finer throttle response.

The newly developed crankshaft features optimized valve timing and a revised counterbalance. Combined with the proven OS Speed ​​DLC coating , this results in extremely linear power delivery that is available across the entire rev range – without any harshness or power spikes.

The cylinder and cylinder liner have also been further developed: The new exhaust port geometry increases efficiency and torque. The carburetor is based on the 22E , but has been equipped with an improved idle adjustment screw , resulting in a more stable fuel supply and easier tuning.

Additionally, a surface-treated stop plate in the rear engine cover reduces friction on the connecting rod and extends its service life. The ceramic rear ball bearing , known from OS Speed's top racing engines, ensures minimal losses and high durability.

The B2105 is therefore a true high-end off-road racing engine that perfectly combines performance, control and durability.
