This high-quality steel screw set was specially developed for assembling 1:10 scale touring car steel chassis with a 120° countersink . It contains all the necessary screws to fully and correctly assemble a chassis – ideal for new builds or replacing existing screws.

The screws are made of hardened carbon steel and offer very high strength and a long service life, even with frequent installation and removal. Thanks to the precisely machined 120° countersunk heads, the screws sit flush and stress-free in the chassis after installation, without protruding or damaging the material.

Each screw is manufactured to precise dimensions, ensuring even force distribution and a clean fit – an important factor for consistent flex behavior and a flat chassis surface.

Important assembly instructions

⚠️ Only suitable for 120° drop angles

  • Not compatible with 90° countersinks
  • Using the wrong screws can damage drill holes and permanently impair the chassis.

Recommended tightening torque for M3 screws:
