Simply insert eight AAA alkaline batteries into this Readyset and the MINI-Z Buggy delivers the full fun of R/C car action. The advanced, compact design includes a 4WD drivetrain with a slipper clutch to protect the gearbox, as well as 4-wheel independent suspension with double wishbones and oil-filled shocks for true racing buggy performance. The most important components are safely protected within the highly rigid, dustproof chassis shell. The 7-stage geared steering servo provides ample torque for precise steering responses and works in conjunction with the control program to deliver the MINI-Z's signature linear handling and light feel. The circuit board also features a manual left/right sensitivity adjustment for the optional gyro unit (sold separately: No. MZW446/MZW711), which stabilizes straight-line tracking and improves cornering control. Inspired by the popular Turbo Optima Mid Special, the MINI-Z buggy body combines performance with style and boasts a striking new color scheme with black rims for a particularly sporty look on the track. The fully pre-assembled Readyset package makes it easy and fun to experience advanced R/C buggy performance – whether as your first model or a fun second car.

Shaft-driven 4WD and independent 4-wheel suspension are combined in the compact MINI-Z size. The chassis effortlessly handles small bumps and gaps.

The main components, including the sealed differential, are housed in the dustproof structure. Fifteen ball bearings and a slipper clutch make the model ready for tough conditions.

The smooth underside of the chassis is created by contoured shapes for each component. The efficient design allows for easy replacement of the tie rods by removing the chassis cover.
