The MIP Gen 2 Metric Nut Driver Set (5.5 mm & 7.0 mm) combines two of the most important socket sizes in the RC field – perfect for nuts, wheel fasteners, servo savers, steering and suspension components. The new Gen 2 series takes MIP's legendary tool design to the next level: more durable, precise, and ergonomic than ever before.

The proven amber-colored polycarbonate handles remain, but have been enhanced with laser-engraved size markings , color-coded rings , and a black oxide coating that effectively reduces scratches, corrosion, and wear. Both nut drivers feature an angled tool head , offering greater comfort and control, especially in tight installation situations.

The thin-walled, deep-reach socket head allows access to nuts on long bolts and in tight spaces – a major advantage when setting up modern RC vehicles. Like all MIP tools, this set is 100% made in the USA, hand-assembled, and individually tested .
