Der SkyWatcher GPS Light ist ein leistungsstarker, kompakter Quadrocopter, der dank integriertem GPS-System eine äußerst präzise Positionierung bietet – selbst bei stärkerem Wind. Mit nur einem Knopfdruck kehrt die Drohne automatisch zum Startpunkt zurück (Return-to-Home). Zusätzlich ermöglicht die Follow-Me-Funktion, dass der Copter Ihrem Smartphone in definiertem Abstand folgt – ideal für Outdoor-Abenteuer, Sportaufnahmen und mehr.

Die integrierte HD-Kamera ist mit einem kleinen Motor ausgestattet und kann über die App nach oben und unten geschwenkt werden, wodurch flexible Aufnahme­perspektiven entstehen. Über die kostenlose App lassen sich Livebilder, Videos und Fotos direkt auf dem Smartphone betrachten und speichern.

Ein optischer Sensor an der Unterseite sorgt für stabile Fluglage auch ohne GPS, unterstützt beim Schweben in Innenräumen und dient zusätzlich als Downward-Facing-Kamera. Dank kraftvoller Brushless-Motoren und dem mitgelieferten LiPo-Akku erreicht der SkyWatcher GPS Light eine Flugzeit von 10–12 Minuten. Die Fernsteuerung verfügt über eine integrierte Smartphone-Halterung für maximalen Komfort.
